Hello, I’m Alda Mattern.
I am a trained physiotherapist and have been working as a yoga and fitness trainer since 2010.
After a challenging life event that led to health issues, I began to focus intensively on mental fitness. I became aware of the significant influence that thoughts and emotions can have on well-being. It wasn’t until I discovered specific techniques that I found tools to better understand and work with this connection.
I have completed advanced training in the following areas:

My goal is to support individuals in better understanding themselves and their well-being while finding personal ways to overcome challenges. I am particularly passionate about alleviating pain, as I know from personal experience how deeply it can impact life.
I firmly believe that we can all take steps toward a more harmonious and healthier life — for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.
